She is a computational geneticist at Bayer Crop Science (2018 to date). She was a computational post-doctoral researcher, lab of Dr. John Vogel in Joint Genome Institute, Walnut Creek, CA from 2016 to 2018 and worked on Sorghum bioenergy genomics. She has also worked as Post-doctoral researcher, lab of Dr. Susan McCouch in Cornell University from Aug 2015 – May 2016 where she worked on Computational rice genomics including: Sequence and imputation database development, consultation with private company of genetic diversity of proprietary rice germplasm, multi-trait genomic selection modeling. She holds a PhD in Plant Genetics from Cornell University and has more than 8 recent publications.
