WACCI Alumna (cohort 4), Dr. Dorcas Ibitoye of the National Horticultural Research Institute (NIHORT), Ibadan, Nigeria received the most influential scientist award of her institute for the year 2018. The award was presented to her by the internal auditor of NIHORT, Mr Bayo Leo Ogunsanya on January 31, 2019. Receiving the award, Dorcas said “WACCI sowed a seed of greatness in me. It keeps growing, spreading and touching lives”. WACCI congratulates Dr. Ibitoye for this achievement.
